Asomnador - The King God

The God and Lord over Kings, Emperors, and all other Sovereign. Asomnador issued the order which brought the downfall of the kings when the Ahmen attempted to use the Falarin knowledge of the Wyltream to become gods themselves. He threw all kind from their thrones and pulled the land up from underneath the inhabitants of Wyl. Were it not for the call of mercy from the other gods, he would had the ancient dwellers of the dark and the deep wipe the world clean. Instead of destroying all life, the other gods convinced him to grant mercy and a new order which would allow life on Wyl to continue. After contemplating this, Asomnador agreed, but only with the condition that the world must receive cleansing. The Emberlands and Ashlands then became a part of Wyl in that as the kingdoms who rose and fell took too much from the plant, Wyl would slowly evolve those lands into Ember to let natural, untouched life to be revived there.

The path of Asomnador is a narrow and among the most difficult to follow. Leaders of any level can pray to him, but following the his ways is an unforgiving aspiration. Because of this, Iktheldor often becomes god that people who can not dedicate their lives wholly to Asomnador, will follow instead. Honor, Valor, Rightousness, and Justice are among the forefront of the virtues of Asomnador's ways. Despite these seemingly positive terminologies, many people who claim to follow Asomnador, or even Iktheldor, become aggressive zealots, and in some cases, orders become corrupted amidst their own hubris.
